Valkyrae, Sykkuno, Fuslie Won’t Attend Coachella 2023, Here’s Why

Popular streamers Valkyrae, Sykkuno, and Fuslie have revealed why they won’t be attending Coachella, which kicks off on Friday, April 14.

Valkyrae, Sykkuno, and Fuslie teamed up to play Minecraft on April 9. During the game, Sykkuno asked his fellow YouTube Gaming streamers whether they are planning to go to a “party for young people.”

Fuslie wasn’t sure if Sykkuno was referring to the upcoming Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. However, she and Valkyrae confirmed that they won’t be attending Coachella 2023.

Rae said she was concerned about her safety, further noting that her time there was “uncomfortable.” Likewise, Fuslie recalled that she and the 100 Thieves co-owner ended up paying a random person to drive them home, according to a report by SportsKeeda.

Aside from this, Fuslie said the individual’s driving style terrified them and that they were “fearing for their lives.” The discussion kicked off when Sykkuno asked Valkyrae and Fuslie if they will be going to a particular party.

Fuslie assumed that he was referring to Coachella. “No. I’m not going to Coachella. It’s just so uncomfortable! I’m paranoid about safety. Can’t breathe because of so much dirt,” Rae replied.

Fuslie remembered that the individual drove quite recklessly and even violated traffic laws. “Guy in the Uber, not even the Uber. We paid a random dude to drive us home, and this man (was running) every red light,” she said.

“Drove through them, straight. No one in the car said a word! We were just fearing for our lives,” Fuslie added.

Sykkuno cited GTA RP streamer Buddha’s experience at Coachella saying, “Yeah. Buddha said and I quote, ‘Getting back from Coachella was, like, fighting my way through a Martian landscape, where I would die at any moment. “

“Because there was so much sand and storms, that I felt like I was going to not make it,” he added.

Sykkuno believes the event would “probably be cool” if the weather conditions were nice. However, the YouTuber noted that he was “traumatized” by his previous visit.

“It’ll be probably cool. If the weather is not bad, it might be okay. I just feel like, I’m traumatized from last time. The Martian landscape, you know?”

This is not the first time Sykkuno has shared his Coachella experience. Last year, the former Twitch streamer revealed that he had to sleep in a small closet since his friends occupied other rooms at his residence.
