Apple is reportedly working on a MacBook Air with an OLED display, but the device isn’t likely to see the light of day anytime soon.
The Cupertino-based tech giant has been reportedly developing OLED panels for MacBooks for quite some time now. Although these speculations haven’t turned out to be true yet, it looks like the wait could finally be over.

According to a new report (via GizmoChina), the upcoming MacBook Air could be Apple’s first MacBook device to sport an OLED panel. Moreover, the report suggests this MacBook Air could be slated to launch in early 2024.
The purported MacBook Air will adopt an OLED technology dubbed tandem stack. This is an advanced OLED technology that improves the display’s longevity, brightness, as well as power efficiency.
