Aside from that, leakers have teased the return of two fan-favorite characters during the patch.
Ayaka & Venti To Make A Comeback
Ayaka and Venti will be making their appearances alongside Ayato in Genshin Impact 2.6 patch update. Moreover, Venti is set to receive a rerun alongside Ayaka, as per a report by SportsKeeda.
For the first half of Genshin Impact’s 2.6 patch, Venti will team up with Ayato. However, Ayaka will have a solo banner in the second half of the same patch, much to the chagrin of fans who have restlessly been waiting for Kazuha.
The rumor mill has been churning out speculations surrounding the release of Kamisato Ayato since January. Furthermore, he and characters likely to debut with him, have been subject to multiple leaks.
The word on the street back in February was that Yoimiya and Kazuha will be included in Genshin Impact’s 2.6 banners. Regrettably, fans of these characters will have to wait for over a month since HoYoverse will not be releasing them yet.

Nevertheless, they will be receiving reruns in the coming months. Following the release of Kazuha, the viability of Venti has been sidelined. However, he is still a strong unit considering that the Anemo Archon effectively optimizes crowd control even today.

Ayaka, however, is arguably one of the strongest DPS units in the game. Moreover, players who pulled Shenhe earlier this year will see a notable rise in the damage for her.
In other words, none of these characters will be wasted, even if players decide to pull for them in Genshin Impact’s 2.6 updates. Watch this space for the latest gaming news!
