OnePlus 10 Bags MIIT Certification, Key Details Revealed

A possible OnePlus 10 smartphone has bagged certification from the MIIT (China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology).

Despite the lack of an official confirmation, some reports suggest that the OnePlus 10 will go official alongside the OnePlus 10 Pro. The phone will reportedly pack a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC under the hood.

Moreover, the OnePlus 10 is likely to offer some notable upgrades over its predecessor, the OnePlus 9. Also, the phone could support 5G connectivity.

OnePlus 10 Spotted On MIIT

A OnePlus phone has popped up on the MIIT website carrying model number NE2210. This could be the OnePlus 10. The phone has already passed through TENAA certification website.

Moreover, the MIIT listing confirms dual-SIM support, as well as 5G connectivity on the OnePlus phone. Regrettably, it does not divulge any further details.

Although the Chinese consumer electronics giant is still mum on the OnePlus 10 launch date, the MIIT listing is a sign that the phone’s launch could be around the corner.

Furthermore, OnePlus is set to announce the OnePlus 10 Pro smartphone’s launch date on January 4. The flagship phone’s pre-registrations have already begun in China.

OnePlus 10 Pro Specifications (Rumored)

First off, the OnePlus 10 Pro will reportedly adopt an LTPO 2.0 (low-temperature polycrystalline oxide) display technology. Moreover, the phone could be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC

Upfront, the phone will sport a 6.7-inch display with QHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone could ship with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM.

Aside from that, the OnePlus 10 Pro will probably offer up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The phone will be drawing its juices from a 5,000mAh battery.

The rear panel will house three cameras. These include a 48MP main camera, a 50MP wide-angle lens, and an 8MP secondary sensor. For selfies, the phone will feature a 32MP shooter.
