YouTube streamer Rachell “Valkyrae” Hofstetter has revealed why she had been sleeping with a knife beside her.

Valkyrae showed off a massive knife on stream following a sketchy night in her Los Angeles home. Aside from that, she even revealed why she had to sleep with the gigantic knife beside her.

It is no secret that Rae has a massive fan base, and is one of the most popular streamers in the streaming industry. On the downside, Rae has been subject to some unpleasant actions by her social media followers in the past.

The 30-year-old 100 Thieves co-owner was expecting something like that to happen after she heard a strange sound in the middle of the night during her Feb 23 stream.

“I slept with this because we heard a really loud noise,” she explained.

“It sounded like someone was breaking in last night… We slept with all the lights on,” the 100T exec added.

However, the streaming house thought it might have been raccoons fidgeting with the trash cans, which they did not put out for the weekly pickup, as per a report by Dexerto.

Regrettably, they couldn’t confirm their suspicions. Nevertheless, Valkyrae has some massive blades displayed on the wall for this specific incident.

Valkyrae Says “It Was Kind Of Nice”

“It was kind of nice,” she explained. “Because I did feel like someone was breaking in and I really liked that I went and grabbed my knife off the wall like I always envisioned.”

She went on to show the gigantic knife on her stream, noting that she luckily, didn’t have to use it.
