Valkyrae Announces A Month-Long Streaming Break, Here’s Why

Rachell ‘Valkyrae’ Hofstetter will be taking a streaming break due to an upcoming international trip related to a mystery opportunity.

Much to the chagrin of her fans, Valkyrae has revealed that she is prepping to take a streaming break this May.

Rae revealed that she has accepted an opportunity that requires her to travel outside of the country.

Valkyrae rose to popularity over the last few years. Aside from this, she became co-owner of 100 Thieves along with CouRage and Nadeshot.

In other words, Rae has been breaking the internet with photoshoots, re-signed with YouTube Gaming for another couple of years. To recall, she took a break from streaming in January.

Now, the 30-year-old 100 Thieves co-owner is set to take a month-long break from streaming this May after confirming that she has accepted an opportunity outside of the country, as per a report by Dexerto.

Valkyrae To Take A Month-Long Stream Break

Taking to her alternate Twitter account on March 30, Valkyrae announced that she had been offered a month-long opportunity which is slated to take place outside of the country.

I was just offered an opportunity to do something that may take over a month to complete AND out of the country ? exciting but scary and how am I suppose to stream and lots to think about AHHHHHHHHHHH I ALSO DONT KNOW WHEN AND IF I DO IT AND WHAT IS LIFE

““I was just offered an opportunity to do something that may take over a month to complete AND out of the country,” she said.

“Exciting but scary and how am I supposed to stream? Lots to think about. AHHHHHHHHHHH I ALSO DONT KNOW WHEN AND IF I DO IT AND WHAT IS LIFE?”

During her stream on March 31, Rae revealed that she made the deal official. So, she will be taking a month-long break from streaming next month. However, she hopes to be active on her Twitter and Instagram accounts.

“So the thing on my alt account that I tweeted about, I found out the date,” she wrote. I will be gone for about a month beginning on May 2, 2022,” she said.

“I won’t be streaming, but I hope to be active on Twitter and Instagram. It’s going to be a very long time. We still have a month until then, though!”

Regrettably, she did not divulge details about the mystery opportunity. Nevertheless, it could be a pretty unique opportunity, given that she is taking a month-long break from streaming.
