Eminent TikToker Addison Rae was banned on TikTok on October 14 due to multiple violations of the platform’s Community Guidelines.
Addison Rae is one of the most followed social media stars with over 85 million followers on TikTok.
She also made her movie debut with He’s All That, Netflix’s reboot of the 1999 romantic comedy She’s All That. Netizens roasted the film for Rae’s poor acting skills and other flaws.
Addison Rae’s TikTok Ban
On October 14, the TikToker observed that she was banned on TikTok. The app informed her that she was banned due to multiple violations of the platform’s Community Guidelines.

Rae took to Twitter to address her ban. She jokingly wrote that it’s time for her to get a job with an image that shows that she has been banned.
However, on October 16, her account was restored. People came to know that her ban was accidental. Several TikTokers earlier had their accounts accidentally banned.
On October 26, Rae appeared on Reign with Josh Smith, a talk show. The very first question that the host asked was about her TikTok ban.
Rae explained that she was talking to her friends and her team and stated that social media is ‘toxic.’
She wished it would go back to the way it was where one would just post to share. She added that later then she went to her TikTok account. Moments after scrolling, a message popped saying that she is ‘permanently banned.’
Rae further added: “The universe was like, please quit talking bad about social media, Count your blessings.”
She also talked about her reason for the ban. Rae felt that she got banned for no reason and said that her ban was random.
Recently, the social media star will be appearing in a Snapchat show. It is scheduled to release in 2022.
