Elon Musk shared a meme after a federal judge rejected a lawsuit by Blue Origin NASA’s decision to award a lunar lander contract to SpaceX.
Business rivals, Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos were battling for the moon supremacy. NASA had decided to award a $2.9 billion lunar lander contract to SpaceX.
However, after losing the battle, Bezos sued NASA for awarding the contract to SpaceX which ultimately halted the lander program until November.
In November, Judge Richard Hertling of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in Washington granted the government’s motion to dismiss the lawsuit.
Jeff Bezos took to Twitter to express disappointment over the decision. He wrote that this wasn’t the decision they wanted but they respect the court’s judgment and also wished full success for NASA and SpaceX on the contract.
NASA said that they will resume work with SpaceX on the lunar lander contract as soon as possible.

However, this isn’t the first time that the Tesla CEO has poked fun at the Amazon founder.
Earlier, Bezos had complained to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) about SpaceX’s plans to launch more Starlink satellites.
Musk mocked him by tweeting that Bezos has retired to pursue a full-time job filing lawsuits against SpaceX.

Also in October, when Jeff Bezos posted an old article by Barron’s on Twitter that predicted that Amazon would fail. Elon Musk wittily replied with a silver medal emoji.
When Amazon had planned to launch a constellation of more than 3,000 internet satellites, Musk called Bezos a “copycat.”
