Corpse Husband took to Twitter to clear up the confusion surrounding “Misa Misa” lyrics after fans got them hilariously wrong.
On August 25, music artist Corpse Husband dropped his latest song, “Misa Misa.” The song is a reference to the fictional character Misa Amane in the hit manga series Death Note.
Corpse isn’t a stranger to referencing anime in his music. However, this is the first time some fans have gotten his lyrics seriously wrong, and the faceless influencer is sparing no effort to clear up the confusion
Corpse offered a public statement about his latest song since fans have been confused about a specific verse in the song since it was released, as per a Dexerto report.
Notably, some fans reached out to Corpse on Twitter urging him to explain the verse in the song. There’s a part in the song that IG Music bleeps out using asterisks.
As a result, some listeners mistake the word “catgirls” for “crackers.” For those unaware, Twitch has banned the term. The lyrics come from rapper ScarlXD, who also makes an appearance on the song.
The real lyrics are: “I’m a dog but Corpse go these catgirls f**king with me,” but IG music lists it as “I’m a double cup, just got these crackers f**king with me.”

However, Corpse says he correctly released the full lyrics “from the jump.” Also, he was convinced someone behaved unfairly towards him for the sake of a good laugh.
“Nah, whoever at IG music does the f**king lyrics — foul,” Corpse said in an Instagram stories video. “Disrespectful. Take a f**king lap.”
“It’s one thing to get it wrong, but to change ‘I’m a dog but Corpse go these catgirls f**king with me,’ to ‘I’m a double cup, just got these crackers f**king with me’ is FOULLLL!” he explained in a series of deleted tweets.
“Y’all got an inside man or what?” he asked.
Corpse seems to be considering this as a hilarious mistake. Let us know what you think of the confusion surrounding the Misa Misa lyrics in the comments below.
