Rachell ‘Valkyrae’ Hofstetter is urging her fans to learn from her mistakes following multiple health issues.
Fans of Valkyrae have been worried due to the YouTube star’s health issues. However, Rae attributes these various health issues to her unhealthy lifestyle.
Now, Rae is asking her fans not to follow her example. Given that she is one of the community’s most famous faces, Valkyrae usually has a lot on her plate.
She spares no effort when it comes to striking a perfect balance between streaming and her social life. On top of that, she started a rigorous fitness routine.

Valkyrae Urges Her Fans Not To Follow Her Example
Valkyrae went on to say that she was an “idiot” due to her unbalanced lifestyle. Since falling ill after attending Coachella, Valkyrae has dropped major health updates on Twitter.
Regrettably, there was still no change on April 26, and she knew that her routine was stopping her from getting any better.
“Yes, I’m still sick because I scream and stream and do shoots and workout with little water and lack of sleep. I’m an idiot. Be better than me and learn from my mistakes.”

Fans Tell Valkyrae To Take A Break
Some of her followers asked Rae to stay hydrated and get much-needed rest. Twitch streamer Holden Stevenson admitted that he is in the same way.
I’m the same way. I work, work out, stream, watch my shows, and then I get like 4 hrs of sleep. Just to wake up and do it all over again. Hope you feel better soon!!!

Many recommended she take one or two weeks off from streaming. To recall, she had previously announced a month-long break from streaming but later decided against taking it.
Girl. You really need to learn to take time for yourself ?
Go on a vacation or something. One or two weeks off would do you good.— RaijuDrake (@DrakeRaiju) April 26, 2022
Valkyrae may not be willing to take a break as it might disappoint her viewers, and affect her earnings. However, her fans seem willing to welcome her back if she does take some time away for recovery.
