After several months of speculation, Federico Michael Gaytan, who is better known by his alias Fedmyster, has announced his Twitch return. He went on a hiatus following the controversy surrounding him and OfflineTV house members.
In a June 23 Twitch broadcast, Fedmyster left fans confused, driving his critics up the wall. While everyone was expecting him to start an official stream, Fedmyster played a seven-minute-long video, sharing details about his life amid the social media hiatus.
The Twitch streamer said his true comeback would take place on Friday. He confirmed his Twitch return beyond an iota of doubt. After going into a hiatus in June 2020, Fed said he will return to Twitch on June 22 at 1 PM PST / 4 PM EST.
He was removed from the Offline TV house citing se-ual misconduct allegations that were made by House Manager Yvonne ‘Yvonnie’ Ng. A document he wrote about his situation with Imane ‘Pokimane’ Anys got leaked last year.
Fan, who have restlessly been waiting for his return, received a mysterious notification hinting at an impending comeback stream. Regrettably, it turned out to be a false alarm. Now, it looks like he is finally set to come back to Twitch.
A lot has changed in a year. See you tomorrow. 1 PM. ?

A screenshot captured from his private discord server was sent to Dexerto. A fan asked Fedmyster whether the date mentioned in the push notification was the “real date” of his comeback stream, or whether it was just another fake.

He simply responded saying, “It’s happening.” In other words, he is really returning to the streaming platform.
Earlier this week, fans received a mysterious notification suggesting that his next stream will be held on Thursday, June 24. However, most of Fedmyster’s fans assumed it was a false alarm because he remained tight-lipped, and a similar rumor surfaced several months earlier streaming schedule.
