David Dobrik returned to vlogging after being subject to scandals and controversies for several months. As a result, he lost a significant number of followers, as well as brand deals.
With nearly 20 million subscribers, Dobrik was one of YouTube’s favorite vloggers. He was known for his frenzied vlogs with a group of friends called the Vlog Squad, which often involved doing ridiculous antics, pulling pranks, and having a good time in Los Angeles.
The vlogger came under fire from several former vlog squad members earlier this year. He was accused of disrespectful behavior, and some other members blamed him for putting into uncomfortable situations for his vlogs, Dexerto reported.

On top of that, influencer Jeff Wittek revealed that he nearly died for one of Dobrik’s videos, where he was swung at high speeds from an excavator. However, Wittek stated he did not plan to take action against Dobrik.
After months of hiatus, Dobrik has officially returned to vlogging. On June 15, the YouTuber uploaded his first video in two months. In his video, Dobrik said he will upload new videos every Tuesday.
Despite details about his tropical vacation surfacing online, it looks like the influencer went through with the holiday. After he was spotted in Hawaii, rumors about his impending YouTube comeback began doing rounds online.

These speculations proved to be true as David has returned to making content. “I missed this so much,” the YouTuber wrote in the video’s description. “Love ya guys.”
His subscribers are excited about David vlogging again, which he stopped citing health crisis last year.
