Key details about Call of Duty Vanguard open beta have surfaced on the web, revealing its download size and other vital information.
Call of Duty Vanguard is set to hit the store shelves on Nov. 5 this year. CoD fans will be able to dive into the game over two weekends (Sept. 10 – Sept. 13 and Sept. 16 – Sept. 20) via the Open Beta. The upcoming series is in the setting of World War II. Moreover, Sledgehammer Games is at the helm.
To recall, the American video game developer has developed Call of Duty WWII and Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. Neither Sledgehammer nor Activision has divulged details about the content that fans of the first-person shooter franchise will be able to enjoy come launch. However, some hawkeyed data miners and leakers have discovered some information, much to the developer’s chagrin.

Taking to his Twitter account earlier this week, noted Call of Duty leaker, Tom Henderson, shared weapons and maps that will be available in the upcoming Open Beta. The Open Beta seems to have three maps, including Red Star, Gavutu, and Hotel Royal. All three are quite different in terms of their setting.
What to expects?
Gavutu is like an ideal vacation spot that’s probably on fire. It will host various kinds of multiplayer competitions. Likewise, tipster TheMW2OG discovered information related to the Perks available in Call of Duty Vanguard Multiplayer.

Aside from that, they revealed a myriad of other weapons that will be available in the Call of Duty Vanguard Open Beta including the RATT (Pistol), Sten, and the fan-favorite M1 Garrand. MW2OG and other leakers claim that the Call of Duty Vanguard could boast the controversy-plagued SBMM (Skill-Based Matchmaking).

Since a considerable number of shooters use SBMM in their multiplayer game, it could be here to stay. Furthermore, PlayStation Game Size (via MySmartPrice) suggests that the download size for Call of Duty Vanguard Open Beta on the PlayStation 4 will range from 12-14GB (depending on your region).
