PUBG Mobile and a myriad of other Chinese apps were banned by the Modi government. As far as the game is concerned, it was banned due to its connection with video game investor Tencent, which is headquartered in Shenzhen, China.
PUBG Studio said it would relaunch in the country with new features that suit the Indian gamers. Among a slew of other changes, the game introduced a color change to blood, and labeling it as a “virtual simulation training ground.”
Aside from these changes, the Battlegrounds seems to be the same as PUBG Mobile. You can even transfer your account from the older game to the new one.
