Still riding high on the success of its One Series, Chinese manufacturer UMIDIGI launched another mid-level series dubbed as the UMIDIGI F1 in December last year.
Touted as a reasonable lead phablet, the F1 has made several appearances online in the form of leaked renders before its official unveiling.

Designed specifically for smartphone lovers located in the EU-28 countries, this variant of the coveted phablet is available in three colors including black, gold, and lava red.
While you’d normally end up shelling out $262.12 on this version of the F1 phablet, you can now buy it for just $239.99. This is a significant 8 percent reduction in the device’s original asking price.

UMIDIGI is offering a version of the F1 phablet that works in other areas outside EU-28 countries.
You can select between three color versions including black, gold and lava red. If that doesn’t impress you much, UMIDIGI is offering the aforesaid version at a dropped price of just $239.99.
This is a noteworthy 11 percent reduction in the phablet’s retail price.
As a phablet, the UMIDIGI F1 sports a mammoth 6.3 Inch FHD+ Waterdrop In-cell, LTPS display with a screen resolution of 2340×1080 pixels at a pixel density of 409PPI (pixels per inch).
As far as the optics are concerned, the F1 houses a 16MP+8MP dual-camera module with a 6-element lens, dual LED flash, and face recognition on the back.
Up front, there’s a 16.0MP selfie shooter with the 5-element lens, face recognition and selfie countdown for that flawless self-portrait every time and a lag-free video calling experience.
Under the hood, the UMIDIGI F1 packs a powerful MTK, Helio P60 MTK6771 2.0GHz octa-core processor along with a highly competent ARM Mali G72 MP3 700MHz graphics processing unit.
The F1 ships with 4GB of RAM and offers 128GB of onboard storage capacity so that you never run out of space for saving your favorite photos, videos and other multimedia content.
Furthermore, the UMIDIGI-branded phablet runs Android 9.0 Pie OS and draws its juices from a robust 5150mAHh Li-Ion (Lithium Ion) battery that supports 18W fast charging.
The F1 also features a slew of useful sensors including the P-sensor, L-sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope, and a geomagnetic sensor. The dual-SIM phablet also includes GPS, A-GPS, Glonass, and Beidou.
